CUSTOMER SERVICE RULES


RULES OF CONDUCT FOR CUSTOMER

To get the best experience out of service request booking, below itemizes a list of steps to adhere to.


  1. Communication: Ensure that only services hired related matters are discussed while in the field. Resist from discussing personal topics as the handyman may not be comfortable with such a conversation. Also, this is a way to ensure your security.


  1. Convenience: To have maximum convenience, it is required that you clearly describe and specify your tasks and location. This would aid easy navigation to the your location by the handyman.


  1. Service Ordering: At the point of booking a service, select your service and specifically narrow your description of your service.


  1. Assignment of a handyman or tasker: Upon the receipt of your service/job request, the WacadaFix Support desk will assign a particular handyman suited for the job.

To ensure proper security check, the following information be adhered to:

  • A mail/Whatsapp/text containing the handyman name, staff number and service purpose will be sent to you for confirmation upon the arrival of the handyman.

  • The handyman must show you an approval or assignment mail/text/whatsapp information that authorizes the delivery of the job.

Note: the above security check is applicable for both service inspection/check and service delivery.


  1. Cancellation of service request: As a customer, you are allowed to cancel a service request. However, it is required that WacadaFix Support desk is informed about it. Also, ensure that the order is canceled on the mobile application even after informing the driver.


  1. Waiting Time: A customer is advised to wait for five (5) minutes to get approval from the WacadaFix support desk on the assignment of the required handyman or tasker for the job.


  1. Availability Time: Ensure that you make yourself available base on the time you will fill in the service request form.


  1. Service availability time Changes: Changing of service availability time after making a service request must follow a process of informing the WacadaFix Support ahead of time. Be informed that this might also cause a change in the assignment of handyman to that particular job because of queue in job allocation and assignment on the platform.


  1. Cash Negotiation: WacadaFix handyman services is solely responsible in ensuring you receive the appropriate job cost quotation or invoice for the job request that is made on our platform.


  1. Service Charge: we charge a N200 service charge which cover the cost of marketing, technology maintenance, service delivery and stamp duties.


  1. Cash Payment: Upon making a service request, you will be required to arrange an appointment date for job inspection or check to enable us formulate require quote for the job. Meanwhile, some jobs will require you to make 70% cash commitment to facilitate the work process also some jobs will require you to make full payment after work done. However, your payment must be made either by transfer or cash to the WacadaFix account as provided not to the handyman except in some critical cases which WacadaFix support desk will authorize such payment to the handyman.


  1. Misleading handyman Details: We require that you report any misleading information observed. If the if the approval/assignment information sent to the handyman upon service delivery is different from the confirmation you receive from WacadaFix Support desk, please report by sending a message via support@wacadafix.com.


  1. Dissatisfaction in service delivery: If you are not satisfied at the level of service offered by the handyman during the service process or you encountered a conflict situation, please try not to escalate it. You can leave a rating after each trip and also report the situation to our support team via support@wacadafix.com.


  1. Misplaced or broken Item: If you loose or an item get broken during the cause of the service delivery, please contact our support team via: support@wacadafix.com with necessary details and we would respond to the situation.
